• Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all deposits.
• aq880 may request a national ID card or birth certificate for age verification at any time.
• Residents of regions where betting or online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law may not use this platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods can be used to deposit funds into aq880: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (applicable for all methods).

• Deposits must only be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals may be held if bonus conditions have not been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

aq880 offers bonuses and promotions for new and regular members. Specific terms and conditions apply to each bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Each promotion can only be claimed once per user.
• Any fraudulent activity to earn bonuses will not be tolerated, and the bonus along with any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• aq880 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5.3 VIP Program

The aq880 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play and platform use, and receive weekly cashback benefits.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and games on the aq880 platform are governed by specific rules. Separate rules apply for each game category and bet type.

6.1 Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are given due to a technical error, aq880 reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• Odds may change during an event in live betting.
• The results of bets on cricket, football, and other sports will be determined based on the final announcement by the relevant authority.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Participation in match fixing or any dishonest activity is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using programming software or bots is prohibited.
• Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Any form of arbitrage betting or systematic bonus abuse is prohibited.

Involvement in the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be cancelled.
